President: Bruce Hocking LLB (Sydney)
Mr Hocking has been a solicitor specialising in franchise and corporate law at Martin Place Lawyers, Sydney since 1988. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Laws from Sydney University in 1954 and being admitted as a Solicitor , Proctor and Attorney with the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia, Mr Hocking has had an extensive career holding numerous positions including but not limited to: Solicitor at Clements Inn London, Partner at McLachlan Hoare & Co Solicitors in Sydney, Lecturer in law at Sydney University Extension Course, Founder, Director and Secretary of Australian Medical Co-operative Ltd (700+ doctors are members).

Major Hilton Harmer Salvation Army Oficer, OAM
In June 2007 Major Harmer was awarded the Order of Australia Medal for Services to the Community due to his work in developing the Wollongong Welfare Centre and services as Court Chaplain to the Sydney Local, District and Supreme Courts. Having served as a Corps Oficer for 20 years, Major Harmer is currently directing the Ministry to the Inner City Homeless on behalf of the Sydney Congress Hall Corps. Amongst numerous other achievements in 2001 Mr Harmer was recognised as Anzac of the Year by the RSL for ‘Exceptional Service to the Australian Community for compassion, endurance and dedication’.

Bruce Albert Napthali FCA, CPA, AIMM
A senior accountant with a broad range of experience gained in over 40 years of practice, Mr Napthali has significant experience in the small to medium enterprise market including business development and management, succession planning and crisis and risk management. Mr Napthali has held numerous roles as a Director, Chairman and Treasurer and was a partner at B O Smith and Son (insolvency practice). Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a member of CPA Australia, the Australian Institute of Management, Mr Napthali has been a registered tax agent since 1969.

Bruce Davison 
Bruce has over 30 years in IT., starting out as a programmer on IBM mainframes.
Roles include programming, systems analyst, system design, project management, programming manager. Owned and managed the company that developed the irst ‘real’ large scale HelpDesk system in the world, principally designed for the Telecommunication Industry. The system was originally commissioned by Telstra.
Other users include Optus, Honeywell, Sun Microsystem, Coles Meyer. Main emphasis over the last 15 years has been on Internet Related systems, as an independant consultant. Recent postings include1999 - 2001 IBM, Senior Project manager specialising in Telecommunications Accounts 2003 - 2008 Bosch Rexroth Consultant developing specialised Web based systems using Ruby/Rails and Adobe Flex technologies.

Charles J Bannister
Mr Bannister has significant experience as a solicitor in all areas of litigation, working for firms such as Dennis and Co, Vandervords Solicitors, Beilby Poulden Costello Solicitors and R J Thomas Solicitor.  Charles is managing director of a training company Confo Pty Ltd founded in 2004, that developed and sold to Thomson, Legal & Regulatory, CPD training for Solicitors in NSW , QLD & VIC, Confo was also the largest CPD training provider for NSW licensed Real Estate agents which was sold to the Kaplan Group an overseas investment division of the Washington Post Company. He continues his marketing expertise in other industries that Confo has entered such as Builders and Architects.
